goodnight story
Standing in the Gallery in front of a picture by Gerhard Lojen. Informal style, endless white of purity with tiny red (passion), green (hope), and blue (calmness) lines horizontal in the middle. It is whatever you want it to be. Certainly strong and stable, living. Before the white wall there is a wide basin, made of dark iron on a pedestral. The water nearly flowing over its edges is perfectly calm, a neat surface showing a dark, endless shining deepness in the huge, flat basin. The picture is leaving its frame though the mirror of water, is escaping to a physic imagination and thus emancipating itself. Like the artists emacipated themselves from each other.
I take a tube and suck shortly before I watch the water running down from the opened basin to a dirty bucket. Then its empty and the mirror is gone. You cant do a guiding tour with kids when there is water they might want to play with, too dangerous, as ideas of modern art tend to be.
